The Rescue Union School District Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten (K) Programs are a state funded, two-year TK/K experience that supports students to develop foundational behaviors, skills, and attitudes to promote competence and confidence throughout their comprehensive school experience.
It is designed for students who may benefit from an extra year prior to entry into a traditional Kindergarten class.

- Students must be four on or before September 1, 2026 to be eligible for Transitional Kindergarten.
- Parents must commit to a two year program and transportation will not be provided.
