Board Of Trustees Meeting Highlights - June 25, 2019
We continue our efforts to communicate effectively and in a timely fashion with our families and staffs. We know not every parent, teacher, or staff member can attend our Board meetings, so we will provide a brief update after each Board meeting, sharing highlights and actions taken by the Board. As always, please let us know how to better serve and communicate with you! We want to be partners with you in the educational journey of the children entrusted to us.
UPDATES:
Information Technology Manager, Larry Garcia, provided a brief overview of our new updated website for the Rescue Union School District.
ACTION ITEMS:
- The Board approved Resolution #19-21 PG&E - EV Fleet Program Easement at Rescue Elementary School.
- The Board adopted the 2019-2020 budget.
- The Board approved the Statement of Reasons for Assigned and Unassigned Reserves Above the State Recommended Minimum Level.
- The Board approved the Education Protection Account (EPA) Funds 2018-2019 and 2019-2020.
- The Board approved the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP).
- The Board approved the disposal of instructional materials by donation, destruction or sale.
- The Board approved the Superintendent Contract.
- The Board approved Resolution #19-22 Reduction of Hours/Elimination of Positions - Classified Personnel.
