Online Registration Opens July 16, 2016!

  • Parents of new students will receive a letter by mail with the information necessary to complete the process.
  • Parents of current students may use the login information and password created last year to Re-register their child for the 2016-2017 school year.  You will receive an email from the District through the ParentLink/Blackboard notification system.
  • Parents of all students may access the system at any time during the year to view and/or update their child's grades, attendance, medical information and student information.

Creating Your Account - New Users Only

  1. Add this email address to your "contacts" or "safe senders" list to ensure you receive this
  2. Click on the Aeries Parent Portal link above
  3. Click "Create New Account" at the bottom of the login box
  4. Choose “Parent” as the Account Type and click Next
  5. Enter your personal e-mail address, your password choice and click on “Next” (one time)
  6. A verification e-mail will be sent to you
  7. Click on “Confirm This Email Address
  8. Return to the Login Page and log on
  9. Enter the Permanent ID number, the Home Telephone Number (or main number you provided to the school), and the VPC Security Code that was mailed to you.  Click “Next”.
  10. Select one student name at a time, update the e-mail and then click “Next”.
  11. Add another student at the next screen or begin to Re-register your child(ren).

"Re-Register" for Current Students

Students who have been enrolled in the District may begin completing the "Re-Registration" process around mid-July.

  1. Click on the Aeries Parent Portal link above.
  2. On the top, middle portion of your screen, select "Click Here" in the yellow text. 
  3. Update the required information in Sections 1 – 7 (on the left) using the directions on the screen.
  4. Parent/guardians should update the contact information and emergency contacts that specifically pertain to that person.  It is critical that this information be accurate for ALL parent/guardians in the event of an emergency.
  5. YOU MUST VIEW AND COMPLETE ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION IN ORDER.  Authorizations and Prohibitions force you to select a “Status”.  Documents force you to click on “I have read.”
  6. After reviewing all information, click on the Final Data Confirmation tab and confirm your submission.
  7. PRINT THE "Data Confirmation / Signature Form". 
  8. The Data Confirmation/Signature Form MUST be completed, signed and returned to your school office.
