Note to Contractor:

Pursuant to SB 854, no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and no contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for a public works project (awarded on or after April 1, 2015) unless registered with the DIR per California Labor Code section 1725.5.

Both formal and informal solicitation may be processed through the Business Services Department. All responses are due no later than the time shown on each solicitation; late responses cannot be accepted. It is the bidder's/proposer's responsibility to ensure that the most complete and current version of the solicitation, including addenda, has been downloaded and acknowledged.

Please note: Contractors/Suppliers are solely responsible for maintaining up-to-date and accurate information. Contractors/Suppliers may edit their profile at any time.

Contractors can prequalify with the District for the informally bid CUPCCAA projects (less than $200,000) by completing the CUPCCA PreQualification Application. The District must receive applications at least ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled bid opening on any advertised project in order for the candidate to qualify for that project. Pre-qualification approval will remain valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of notice of qualification except as noted in the pre-qualification documents.
